A couple summers ago, some very special past clients introduced me to

a handsome young couple, wanting to buy a home together and thought that I would be able to help them. I’ll never forget our 1st time out house shopping on that Saturday morning. As we enter the front door of this 5 year young two-story with basement, there’s an immediate transformation of the young man, from being subdued, quiet and in control to that of an ecstatic ‘kid in a candy store’. Chris charges into the foyer, yanks the baseball cap from his head, screaming, ‘Babe, Babe...Ohhh Babe, You got of see this’ as he races through the home, shrieking more at each level and culminating with a howl of shear delight upon arriving in the basement and seeing the theater room complete with video screen and projector. Well, Chris & Ponzi didn’t buy that home and in fact after spending the summer looking at properties, never really being able to find just the right one, decided to wait a year. As things turned out in fact, the time for buying a home here in Seattle didn’t happen till the present, a month before their upcoming wedding no less, and having just made it through

The Inspection
