Pirillo’s sign ‘the docs’ and ARE actually moving!
After a few false alarms, Chris & Ponzi, just a week before they tie the knot, signed their loan docs this morning and are moving after all. Having stayed up all night, juiced on god knows how much caffeine, they showed up bright and bushy tailed for their 8:30AM escrow appointment this morning. I’m always amazed when I witness ‘the signing’ ritual as Linda (the signer) waves her hand over each page while summarizing in a hypnotic flow, what in layman’s terms the legal mumbo jumbo actually is saying, as the buyers follow the trance-like instructions and sign their life away. Even when they get to the part where Linda shows what a person actually pays for a property, should they stay there for the full 30 year term, and make each payment (usually about 3 times the actual price of the home) the buyers after the initial shock and gasping wears off, enthusiastically dot the ‘I’ and cross the ‘T’. Congrats Chris & Ponzi on this special step taken and it’s on the get the keys and get that moving truck to your 1st home together.

Hey. Fellow RE blogger here. I love the idea of post a picture about my client, either at a signing like you did or at the house. Everyone loves to feel like a celebrity. Thanks for the idea.

thanks for the comment. You're right about everyone wanting to at times feel they are being treated like a celebrity. In this case, these 2 folks ARE celebrities...in the blogging world, they are huge. I had a great time assisting them and it was not only a privilege, but I felt like a celebrity as well.
